Happy Wine Wednesday! We are leaving the Marvel Cinematic Universe and heading to Palmetto, Florida for another installment of our special pilot project series. Special guest Candi joins us to discuss the pilot episode of TNT's Claws.
Our discussion kicks off with the Candi/Jocelyn origin story, which began thanks to Twitter and the ill-fated Universal Fan Con. We then get into the main discussion and share how we became acquainted with the TNT dark comedy, Claws. We share the sh*t we liked about the pilot and call out a few questionable writing decisions that we did not like in an otherwise solid episode.
As always, we get into the Qs that need some As, which includes an examination of some very questionable decisions by Roller. We discuss nail shop rituals, whether Virginia can be trusted, and the fun fashions worn by the ladies.
Claws is a cast of heavy hitters, so of course we shared our thoughts on the performances that grabbed our attention in the pilot. And no episode of I'ma Need More Wine would be complete without getting a little thirsty. We had lots of thoughts on who from the cast we would like to dig our claws into during some sexy time.
